The Portfolio platform, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or repurpose any part of the platform without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Portfolio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service.

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these Terms, with or without prior notice.

3. Cookies & Storage

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or security purposes.

Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to render the Inter typeface. Google may collect limited technical data (such as your IP address) when fonts are fetched. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
